Jal Neti is one of six yogic "kriyas" or cleansing techniques - a method of nasal irrigation that can help the body reprogram its defense mechanism against virus attacks, sinusitis, nasal infections such as dust allergies, fever, sinusitis and other upper respiratory complaints like sore throats and coughs, post nasal drips, inflammation of tonsils and adenoids. Highly effective for bronchitis, pneumonia, asthma, as well as recurrent ear infections, migraines, stress, this remarkably simple yet powerful technique is safe and has been practiced for over thousands of years.

During these highly sensitive times, Jal Neti is a wonderful practice for you and everyone around for first class health!

We will include the basic introduction to the six techniques. In particular, Jal Neti will be demonstrated, explained, and be practiced by all participants under supervision.

No previous experience of yoga is necessary. All are welcome.
