Fees
Many options
We have monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual membership. We also have membership for couples, teenagers, kids below 12 years of age, and weekends-only membership as well. If you wish to have a cheaper option, eventually opt for a longer duration membership. A longer-term membership also helps you to stay committed to practice, which is obviously beneficial.
Please note that in the first month, we charge a small extra fee for four (or six) extra classes called the Beginners’ Course, compulsory for all newcomers.
The First Class
Is a trial class. It is free. Everyone gets to experiment, when they come to the Centre for the very first time. Come empty stomach, and wear loose clothing for light stretching. Arrive 15 minutes early, online, and 30 minutes for the offline class.
Book your trial →Regular Classes
The next step is to pay a fee, from the various options available. Get started on a daily journey of yoga. Come with the minimum of expectations from yourself, from the Centre and even from yoga itself. Let the first month be an experiment, where you learn, observe, participate and experience everything in the yoga classes.
Ask about fees →The Beginner’s Course
You start with regular classes. Then in the first month of coming to the regular classes, you also have to participate in and complete a Beginner’s Course. It is compulsory to attend a four or six class Beginner’s Course. You do this, by missing the regular classes on these four or six days. The Beginner’s Course schedule is announced frequently. Choose the one that is the most comfortable for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
I have never done yoga. Can I join a regular class?
Yes. The class is taught with variations for every level and the teacher will guide you through. If you would prefer a structured start, join the next Beginner's Course.
What should I bring?
Loose comfortable clothes and a mat if you have one — we have spares. Come on an empty stomach: no heavy meal within three hours.
Is there an age limit?
Our students range from teenagers to people in their eighties. Tell us about any condition or injury before class and the teacher will adapt the practice.
Can I switch between centres?
Yes — your membership works at all four centres and online, so you can attend wherever you happen to be that day.
How often should I practice?
Two to three classes a week is enough to feel a change within a month. Many students eventually come daily.
Do I need to book each class?
Only your trial class needs booking. After that, come to your batch whenever you can — just message the centre if you plan to switch timings.
