Ayurveda Wellness Course

This is an introduction to Ayurveda, India's gift of health, healing and longevity to the whole world.

This course is a window to the vast arena of traditional knowledge that exists, about living habits, diet, exercise, personal and social etiquette, diseases, medicine, home remedies, cleansing and treatments, immunity and a happy, healthy life.

The course is a total of 10 classes of 60 minutes each.

There will also be a self-study component , where you will be required to learn and understand on your own, as guided by the faculty. in this way, in two months, you will develop a competence in the fundamentals of Ayurveda.

FACULTY

A senior doctor, and professor of Ayurveda will be leading the course. As a faculty not only is he very articulate and knowledgeable, but also makes the subject very light, interesting, and relevant. His lectures evoke laughter, generate food for thought and are enjoyable and palatable. He will also connect you to the right educational references as part of the course.
