YOGA FOR THE OFFICE
BACKGROUND and OVERVIEW
We have a wonderful programme of teaching yoga at office.
We have worked with more than 50 top organisations in Gurgaon, and also from all over the country and abroad. The sessions are created and executed to suit the client's requirement. It could be a ten minutes, or a 30 minutes session once a week. For some business groups, we have run classes on an ongoing basis, one hour each, three times a week. We have done short interventions of one hour each to introduce the basics of yoga and its benefits.
The fee for each session, or sessions depends upon the frequency, the number of people, the time and expertise required. These have to be discussed and mutually agreed.

WHAT WE TEACH

Usually in a one-off session we do some simple breathing practices, simple asanas for improving circulation, a guided relaxation and follow up with a talk on the benefits of yoga on good health (physical and mental). We can also take a short Q andA session if the participants like.

The idea behind the session will be to introduce the practice and benefits of proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet and positive thinking and meditation; the pillars of the Sivananda programme.

Based on the above principles, we offer customization of structure and duration based on need.

Yoga at the DESK (chair) + on the MAT

30 - 45 - 60 minutes sessions

Special sessions to focus on specific health challenges like weight loss, back pain, stress, women's health etc.

The yoga classes are taught by certified and expert yoga teachers and staff of SYCG and mentored by the Director, Arun Pandala.
