Yoga 3 - advanced asana and pranayama course
Yoga 3 is an eight-class advanced course designed to build your awareness and understanding of asana and pranayama practice.
Participants will have an opportunity to practice variations, some of them quite intense, of the 12 basic postures of the sivananda class. The course will build tempo class by class, and will challenge the participants’ strength, stamina, flexibility and endurance.
Yoga 3 is meant to give the participant a greater depth and awareness of the basic sivananda class, and to improve his/her daily practice of yoga.
We will practice over 80 asanas, and go deeper into the practice of pranayama as well.
