a complete course in correct yogic breathing, as well as the practice of kapalabhati, bhastrika, anuloma viloma, ujjayi,

bhramari, naad, sheetali and sheetkari pranayama, and uddiyana, jalandhara and mool bandhs

learn the proper method, time, duration of the practice of pranayama, and how you can benefit with better health and vitality in daily life.
