who we are
we are a group of trained yoga teachers. our main purpose is to spread the teaching and practice of an authentic and ancient system of yoga, thereby promoting health, well being, a stress-free lifestyle and a more balanced and visionary individual.

even as daily life gets more and more complex and demanding, yoga is once again showing the way. the yoga class and system which we teach is one of the most popular forms of yoga in the world today, easy to begin, to understand and to practice.

what we do in gurgaon
in gurgaon, we have the 60 minutes yoga class during weekdays, which suits people who have less time, yet wish to have a wholesome workout for the body and mind.

our 10.00 am classes and the classes over the weekend have the 90 minutes session.

the basic 90 minutes  class comprises two breathing practices (pranayama), 6 rounds of surya namaskar (warm up), 12 postures (asanas) and final relaxation (savasana).

it is best to learn the correct sequence, way of practice, the timing, and awareness from the teachers at the centre, before attempting the class on your own.

you will be practising a system successfully implemented for over 50 years around the world. the ambience in our centres is relaxing and refreshing, and it feels like home, away from home. also, being in a group with like minded people elevates the quality of your practice and inspires you to do more.   many of our members have been practising at the centre for three to five years, and some for even longer than a decade, and you can learn from their experience. and we also have many newcomers to the class as well, which will also make you feel comfortable. people from all walks of life, of all ages, and all backgrounds practice yoga at the centre. and most importantly, we have highly trained teachers who are good at taking care of people, and handle the classes with great sensitivity and understanding.
